These badges are perfect for Guide and Scout groups, clubs or schools.
Embroidered badges can be customised to your own specification. Don’t want a standard circle? This is no problem! Your design can be cut to shape. Glitter / Neon / UV threads are available at no extra cost so why not make your badge sparkle!?

We can accept artwork in almost any format. In fact we often make embroidered patches from very rough early sketches!! For every order a jpg design proof is supplied, and artwork changes can be made prior to production, so that you can be sure that everything is perfect. If you require any advice about artwork we offer free advice and assistance ahead of you making any commitment to proceed with a final order.
The usual production time is 1-2 weeks from your final approval of a design proof. It usually takes us 1-2 working days to produce a formal artwork proof from your submitted design. We supply this to you by email in jpg or pdf format prior to arranging production.
How to order:
- Select your size (to work out the size of your badge: add the height and width of your badge then dive by 2), finish and quantity of badges. Add to basket and checkout.
- After checkout, drop us an email with your order number and your design / artwork.
- Our badge experts will produce a visual layout for you which will be emailed as a jpeg
- Once you have reviewed your artwork, this is the point where you can either approve or suggest amendments to your badge. If required, we can supply a physical sample of your badge (this will extend quoted lead times)
- Once your badge has been approved, we will start on the production process and advise when you can expect delivery. This typically takes 1-2 weeks.
