Woven badges are ideal for those detailed designs which may not embroider clearly. As the design is woven into the material using a loom, the finsished badge has a smooth, flexible texture.

Fully customisable to your required shape and size requirements. As with all of our badges we offer the following backing and border options:

• Iron on, sew on, velcro, self adhesive (sticker).
• Overlocked (merrow) border, hot knife cut (raised), laser cut border (flat)

Upon placing an order, we will arrange a visual layout of your design - this will be emailed to you for approval or changes within 1-2 working days. When you are completely happy with this, we will then make a sample of you badge and a photo of this sample will be emailed to you for final sign off prior to mass production. If you require a physical sample then this is no problem and is free of charge.

The usual lead time is 3-4 weeks to allow for proofing, changes and production.
